Hey. I love this plugin, but it won't stop showing the preview images on my site! Also, is there a way to change the background colour of the video window before it starts, when I finally get the preview images out the way?
I've switch off custom preview in the settings, and even put it on with a new image uploaded, but that doesn't appear either.
Very weird!
@chris, I don't know what's wrong with this preview image thing. I'm using that feature myself and it's working without any problem. Couple people reported this sort of issue and I don't know what's causing it.
Could you please send me your hosting configuration?

Hey Isa,
Sorry - I'm quite awful at keeping track of threads I've started. I'm updating all my plugins/WordPress installs today on various sites, and will check back to you if I keep having this problem. 'tis certainly an odd one!
