    Hi,

I try to integrate the plugin with Gravity Forms but is returning “Paying with iDEAL is not possible. Please try again later or pay another way.”

After I added the configuration I used the “Mandatory Tests” option and everything works ok… but when I add to Gravity Forms is not working?

    Any suggestion?

    Thanks!

You should not add an Issuer field to your Gravity Forms form if you use an iDEAL Easy or Basic variant.

    Hoi Remco,

An “Issuer Dropdown Field” is the same as an “Banken uitschijfkeuzelijst” (Dutch). If you use an iDEAL Easy or Basic variant you should remove this field from your Gravity Forms form.

    Hi Remco,

    Thanks for your quick reply!
It does remove the error message.

So it does mean that the Ideal button is placed outside the form on the thank you page after submitting the form?!

That’s correct, this additional step is required with the iDEAL Easy, Basic and OmniKassa variants. If you use iDEAL Advanced / Professional / Zelfbouw users will redirected directly to their own bank after submitting the form.

Why can’t you redirect straight to the form?

The data that we have to post to the payment provider is only aviable after submitting an Gravity Forms form. As far as i know it’s not possible to redirect an user and post data to an URL in once. We could ofcourse implement an auto submit JavaScript function in the additional step. If you have an other good suggestion on how we can remove the additional step w’d love to hear it.
