    Hi,

Haven’t seen this problem listed. I have a slider in a sidebar widget that has a fast refresh speed: http://www.wser.org/ It works great except the page is longer then what can be seen on the screen. Whenever the slide refreshes it causes the page to scroll until part of the slider is visible in the view-port. This will cause usability issues if someone was trying to read text at the bottom of the page.

Is there a way to keep this functionality but stop the page scrolling?

    Thanks, Ian

Just assign a specific height to the slider and the issue will go away.

    Micah,

Thanks again for the help. I was trying to make the slider responsive so I set it to auto. It appears that I can fix the problem if I set the height to 100%. Not sure if that will break in some browsers.
