Hi,
I have got the plugin working except the slide wont happen, the arrows pop up and all the other options seem to work, but the slider wont slide.. tried other post suggestion of checking the header and footer hooks, but they are there and im sure the website would fall apart without them :)

ps. just manually updated the slider in hopes that would solve the problem but still not working

Do you have a link to the slider? I will take a look and see if I can figure out what is going on.

Thanks for this plugin. It's great!
I have the same problem.
The template has the wp_head(); and wp_footer(); and i linked it with:
echo do_shortcode('[promoslider width="910px" height="450px" numberposts="4"]');
I can just see the latest promotion, but no sliding or clicking the other ones.

It looks like you have a few JavaScript TypeErrors that are preventing the slider and some other client-side functionality on your site. You will need to address these in order for the slider to work properly.
Perhaps try disabling all the other plugins except the Promotion Slider and see if it works then. Then you can re-enable them one at a time to find the culprit... unless you know someone who is good at troubleshooting JavaScript.

Hi! Thanks so much! now it's working pefectly.
I did what you said and the problem was in other plugin, an Event Calendar plugin where i checked "jQuery Extreme Protection" in the settings. I don't know why i did it...
But now it's perfectly working everything.
