[Plugin: Promotion Slider] Removed promotion slider but still showing on site

    Are you using a caching plugin? That could potentially cause a promotion to continue to show until you have trashed the promotion and cleared the cache.

    Thanks Micah – I’m not sure, how would I check this? I’ve trashed the promotion and then permanently deleted it. How should I clear the cache?

    I’ve checked the plugins and can’t see one for caching and cleared browser cache as well, no joy. Tried another browser as well and still the same. When I click on the slider – page not found comes up. Ta

    Do you have a link to the slider so I can take a look? If so, also let me know which one was deleted.

    Thanks Micah. I’ve sussed it, the image was somehow duplicated on another slider as the featured image, removed this slider and it’s solved the problem. Cheers for your help, Helga
