   Hello everyone,

   i created a project intended to make a team roster.
   Here is the list of my Form fields :

   And how it is displayed in the Add Data screen :

   As you can see there is a form field named "code" that appears, but i didn't create it and it bothers me since it appears at the beginning of each Data Set.
   Any idea how i can remove it ? Does it come from a default setting i didn't check ? or does it come from an interaction with LeagueManager plugin ??
