   I am trying to create a database in Projectmanager. When I go the Form Fields section and click on 'Add new formfield' nothing happens! I just get 'Error on Page' reported by IE.

   Just in case your issue is be still pending - I had the same problem and Kolja (the author) suggested to use FireFox, I did so and could create my formfields. Apparently there is a problem with IE... ;)
