I installed the plugin and added the [printprofile] to the bottom of a blog entry. The author bio and image displays fine except that next to "Name" it only shows the first name. I checked both the first and last name entries on the settings page...

Solved:
Line 491 of profile-pic.php has a typo; extra $ on $namestring variable.
