[Plugin: Private! WordPress Access Control Manager] Subscribe normal user on a subsite?

    On a sub site I am trying to use this option :Subscribe to a blog
    I want to test it As a normal user account on a subsite-test1.mysite.com.
    I have entered a sub-site address (test2.mysite.com)at that option field.But it says

    This blog does not allow you to subscribe directly! Please contact the blog admin

    How to configure the blog to allow any users to subscribe?

    Sir ,
    This is the screen-shot of the option under /wp-admin/my-sites.php

    Could you tell me how to deal with that?

    Would you also help me with this and another .I think your plugin make it work

    Update :
    I have checked the options ‘Direct subscription’ and ‘Blog network’ on sub-site basis on plugin configuration page. The option Subscribe to a blog is working fine if I enable those two options .

    But some times it is not working immeditely and this shows message for a few hours.If i try again after some time ,it works fine.I know where is the problem
