   Once the user is logged, where can I change the settings in order to redirect them to my homepage instead of the user profile?

   Did you ever find a solution to your problem?

   I too need it to redirect the user to the blog, as opposed to the profile page.

   You have probably found this by now, but I have found a plugin to take care of the redirect.
