I'm not seeing the option to activate the private feeds. Am I to understand that this means the feed will be available even if the blog is not? Would it make more sense to add a parameter to the URL that allows access to private blog feeds (bypass=1)?

Posted 1 year ago #I'm not sure if this was an update since your post, but 'disable feed' installs as it's own plugin with 'private only'. I just wish there was an option to disable the activity feed for buddypress.
