Just to alert others that with the selection to print, the site visitor launches a popup window with the developer's Google text ads as well as display advertising.
Recommendation: the developer should state this in the plugin description and offer an ad-free version for those who wouldn't mind paying.
I am simply removing it from my plugins.

I was very disappointed to see the google popup ads myself! I was excited to find this solution for my client wanting to have downloadable PDF links. I was wanting to keep them away from those, and at first glance I thought this was a good plugin, it's total crap! I thought these plugins were screened for this type of thing. Did you notice the CSS file is only referenced to an external link in the PHP file? What junk!
