[resolved] How to print only fancy box contents on one page? (4 posts)

Hi - I am trying to set up only one thing to be printable. I have a fancy box with driving directions on an About/Locate page for a client's website/blog, using inFocus theme.
All I want is a "print" icon that when clicked presents the contents of the "directions" box to be printed. Not the whole page, and not any other page.
Is this the best solution for that functionality and if so, best way to do it?
I looked at a few other plugins but all seem to have other issues or be set up only to aim to be installed on all pages or posts to print the entire page or post except for user choice exclusions, which is more complicated than I need or want.
Thanks in advance for any help.
    Ram

Sorry for the delay. Replied via email which goes to no-reply@wordpress.com... doh!

We're setup to print the entire page.

To only print a specific element, you'd need to add a class="print-no" to any element you didn't want included.

@headcoach, I located a plugin "Print this section" which does what we are talking about. Its old and not recently updated but I tried it and it seems to work fine with 3.3.1. Very simple solution that brackets with shortcodes just the text you want set up to print, with a choice of icons etc.
