Is there anyway to have the link now show on ALL pages? I only need it to show on certain pages in the site...

Yes. In the settings for PrintFriendly plugin, select "Manual" and copy the code into the templates you want it to appear.
Another option is grab the general website snippet and add to your custom pages. PrintFriendly.com/button
