   wp_enqueue_style and wp_enqueue_scripts have to be used for styling.
   Undefined index error.
   404 error.

   And the table doesn't show at all in preview and even after publishing. Moving on. 3 days and no response to the previous question tells me all I need to know.

   Agreed. Full of bugs and no response. Can't imagine being ridiculous enough to pay for the premium version when the basic one doesn't work.
