[Plugin: Pricing Table] Anyone got this working?

These pricing table plugins are a real hassle.

Clients don’t pay me unless I produce a good working result – and you can waste hours stuffing around with plugins that either don’t work, or have some strange quirks.

This one worked but in a very robust WP331 install where all other shortcode plugins behave properly:

1. It displayed on a post – but not on a page
2. The resultant table on the post was totally scrambled and misaligned
3. It plays havoc with the theme layout
4. The instructions are ambiguous:
template=green
or
template=style2-green?

I will never know.
