[Plugin: Pricing Table] All links break

Hello, when I use pricing table, none of the links such as add product and add feature work. Also, all of the menu items for wordpress fail to show sub-menu items when on the pricing table page.
I can not add anything at all using this plugin.
I had installed the free version as I wanted to see it work before I purchased the pro version. Lucky that I did otherwise I would have bought the pro version only to find this issue.

What can I do?
