   I created the table but how one can place it in a page? Any shortcodes?

   I just tried this as well. Short code is on the page view (in admin) where you created the price table. Its on the right hand column, looks like

   [price_table id=4252]

   Where the id is going to be id of your price table page

   Thanks. Strangely enough there is no mention of this in the plugin documentation!

   Yes, not much of a documentation. I think he is still kind of working on the plugin. Looks good, could use a nicer template to make the page look better. I am sure he will get there
