[Plugin: price-calc] Styling the plugin output

I’ve looked through the css that you provided with the plugin but it doesn’t appear to give me control over the actual price calc display only the resulting quote table.
Can you tell me how to alter, say, the ‘Total:’ figure to make it bold / change the font size for that and other page-calc display elements etc?
Many thanks, this is an excellent plugin – I can’t use ‘Javascript to Footer’ plugin unfortunately but apart from that it works great and I can understand the settings too!
