   hello. thanks for the great plugin.

   3 things would make this even better:

   1. most importantly: only load .css and .js on pages with class="prettyprint"
   2. add a shortcode so people can add this in html and visual editor. [prettyprint]code code[/prettyprint]
   3. add a background for people with a site that has light text on a dark background.
