[Plugin: Posts By Tag] Patch to display the content instead of just an excerpt

A great plugin, I’ve added content as an option, you can get the patch from http://www.oriontechnologysolutions.com/files/patches/posts-by-tag.patch works just like excerpt in shortcodes or widget, just use content.
