Intermittent "UnAuthorised Emails" Message (2 posts)

I am using the latest version of Postie and it is working fine (with the fix for categories I did > blog.strictly-software.com/2012/03/fixing-postie-plugin-for-wordpress-to.html to allow me to post the categories I wanted as the existing code didn't work for me. However I have copied that code into the new plugin version and now it works fine. But this is not the issue.

For some reason, intermittently, I will get some posts not going onto the site and I will receive an email saying:

Site Name: Unauthorized Post Attempt from admin@domain.com

    [Email Contents]

Most days it works fine but then 1 out of 10 it won't.

I have no idea what is going on as the email that sends the email is exactly the same every-time. Plus as I send around 4 automated emails using Postie a day I can end up with 3 emails going onto the site and 1 being blocked with an unauthorised message being sent to me. It always seems to be the same email which has lots of HTML in it (is there some sort of character length limit?)

I really don't want to debug the code so I am wondering what could be causing this?

Thanks for any help received in advance

Also - if I manually run my code through a test BOT I can get the email onto the system using exactly the same parameters and code.
