The Register Plus plugin reports a conflict with some other plugin, and after deactivating recently installed plugins and reactivating them one by one I found it's Postie causing the problem.
I really want to have both activated...

Posted 3 years ago #this should work now as Postie has been updated (1.2) so that it doesn't grab pluggable.php from register plus.
