  • # Hosting of the videos and photos is done for free on the Cincopa servers and doesn’t “waist” your server’s quota or harddisk

Your media content must be hosted at Cincopa and doesn’t “WASTE” your server’s quota.

I got that point and it looks nice.
My question was if the little application we are asked to install on the computer (to gain access to our Cincopa account) is available for other Operating systems than Windows. Doesn’t look like it, which is too bad.

The small app is for uploading – it will put the videos, photos and music on cincopa server.
It also prepare the video for flv and resizing the photos.

    Important note :
The application to upload content to Cincopa will also install
.NET framework 2.0 on your system, please be careful if you are currently on a system running XP Home and framework 1.1
This has caused terrible problems for two of my clients today.
    Mike.

.NET framework 2.0 is part of XP, it should not cause any problems.

Many applications today use .NET framework 2.0, it is already deep in Win XP.

Well that’s utter rubbish if you ask me. Not everyone has Windows.

It works perfect on my mac.
