   Cincopa asks that we register with them. i tried, more than once, & this is what i got each time.

   it never verifies, then gives me this when i enter the address sent in the email:

   Hi,

   I am a regular user of Cincopa. I love them very much and that's why i have a couple of accounts with them. I never faced any problem while registering. Try registering with Cincopa using the link below:
   http://www.cincopa.com/register.aspx?

   Make sure you use the correct email address.
