   I have WP-3.3. When i try to use this plugin it works like a anchor tag.

   also as shown on the demo I dont see any preview of the tabs in my wordpress.

   Please see this screenshot i took for ref.

   You've disabled the plugin stylesheet("Disable Skins" - first checkbox in the screenshot) and therefore must define your own CSS to handle the display of tabs, the jQuery should still run, you're just missing appropriate CSS.

   The preview also cannot work correctly without a stylesheet, so it's automatically disabled when you check the "Disable Skins" option.
