[Plugin: Post Types Order] Update – any time soon?

    Hi, I’m asking as a novice and out of genuine interest:
    When can one expect an update for this plugin?
    What criteria do plugin authors use to determine whether it is viable to update a plugin?
    I would like to use this in 3.4 but it’s clearly not ready for it yet.
    Does anyone know if this might happen soon, or anyone using it with 3.4 yet?

    The plugin works great with WordPress 3.4, you should try it.
    You are right that it say it’s compatible up to 3.2.2 but i’am sure this is a mistake.

    From an agency perspective… It’s hard to convince some people, whether they’re clients or wordpress diy’rs to use a plugin that appears out of date. While it may work fine, most people don’t want to have to take someone’s word for it. They’d rather see the developer confirm and stand by it.

    @ devs… please let the world know your plugin is compatible with the latest version of WP. Thank you.

    I can affirm that it also works fine in 3.4.1 but as muewsik rightly points out, diy’rs are sometimes more careful. I guess one wants to have the certainty that a (perfectly functioning) plugin will continue to be a trusted companion in the future.
