Great plugin! Only a couple of suggestions that I think could improve it.
- Activate/deactivate reordering for specific post types (posts, pages, and each custom post type) from an Options screen. Sometimes you don't want end users to be reordering pages.
- Allow to filter posts/pages/CPTs by related taxonomies or published status before reordering. I ran into a couple of cases where I had to show all posts sorted alphabetically in one section, but only the posts tagged under a specific category sorted manually in another.

I would also add that It would be nice to page the post types. I currently have a "Product" post type which has 3000 posts. I simply cannot re-order them because the re-order page will not load (too many posts to load at once).
Great plugin and works in 3.01 (unlike many others)
I would also like to request the ability to filter the post types by category as it would be easier to manage each range of posts.

I know it should be on post/post type/page section. But it is not. That is my problem. I deactivated all plugins but the "Re-Order" feature still does not show up. See the screenshot here:

I am having the exact same problem! I've even tried pasting all of the code from here:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_post_type
To register a new custom post type to see if the Re-order link showed for that, but it just isn't appearing.
If anybody has any ideas what could possibly be missing from my theme that would be great :D

Found your plugin after getting so damn frustrated with postMash (which isn't being updated and is now officially broken). Good job. And I agree with the posts above, stating that the inclusion of a category filter would be awesome, just like they did for postMash (http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/postmash-filtered/).
