   Since upgrading my WP installation the post switcher option no longer saves. Whenever I press the Update/Publish buttons the option always reverts back to the original value.

   My previously 'switched' posts have the correct post type still, just got can't switch them to any other post type. Any pointers on how to fix this?

   Apologies. Plugin was updated but new version was never pushed out.

   Version 0.3 will fix these issues.
