[Plugin: Post Notification] Notifications of new comments?

Hi,

thanks a lot for the great plugin!

Is there any way to extend functionality to comments? More specifically, if someone is subscribed to a certain category, is it possible for him to get notified if someone leaves a comment on a post in that category?
