   As is probably obvious from the question, I'm new to developing. Where exactly should I be putting the code <?php if (function_exists('post_from_site')) {post_from_site();} ?> in order to add it to the site?

   Please be specific, because as I said, I'm new to all of this.

   a) For example you can download the plugin: Executable PHP widget.
   b) You can assign this widget (in the widget-area) to for example the first column in your footer.
   c) You can add this code to this widget (in the widget-area)

   => I think this is the way to work...

   But my problem is (working with 3.2.1 WordPress) that the link never works!
   (wrong function call??)
