   Does not work for WordPress 3.0+; plug-in installs, can add buttons in plug-in settings, but they do not add to editor.

   Your fork is great, but it completely changes the behavior of the original plugin.

   My goal is to prevent the client from needing to flip to the HTML view, hence the shortcut buttons on the toolbar.
