    Hi,

I was just looking for a plugin to do this and here I found it but... it's not working properly.

    I'm using this shortcode:

    [pcig category=bloc show=post_title links=post_title hide_empty=true]

And then I get an error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 64 bytes) in /usr/home/joanpuigdellivol.cat/web/wp-content/plugins/post-category-index-generator/simple_html_dom.php on line 829

And if I remove show=post_title it works but it doesn't show individual posts that was what I was looking for...

Can you help me make it work please?

    My website is http://www.joanpuigdellivol.cat/indexdeprova/

    Thank you so much!

The reason for that error is that the plugin is using the maximum memory allocated for the php. One solution it to increase the memory_limit in you php.ini file in your webhost to 128.

Since your not the only one that reported this, I suspect the functions in wordpress 3.4 might consume more memory but I can't reach that limit in my testing instalation. Do you have many categories/subcategory/post ? Can you provide more detail for the structure if categories/posts? Do you have other plugin might consume to much memory ?

If this error is ocorring in your a testing instalation can you provide a copy of your category/post using the export tool in wordpress and putting on pastebin ?

Not sure if it will work, but test the new version. I added a few tweaks to the code but I can't garantee that will solve your problem.
