   Is there anyway or plan to paginate the amount of thumbnails?

   Someone has used jcarousel lite to build a carousel for the thumbnails, the thread is here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-portfolio-slideshow-integrate-jcarousel-with-thumbnails

   If you get in touch with her she may be willing to share her code.

   A feature like this is being planned for the "plus" version of the slideshow, which will be a paid product that is coming out in a month or so.
