  • I turn on option “Hide URL language information for default language”.
    my permalink structure: /blog/%year%/%category%/%postname%/
Now fornt page for default language have url:
    mysite.com/
    for translated fornt page:
    mysite.com/page-title-on-other-language/

I think URL must be mysite.com/ for all versions?

    And other question:
why all translated pages have url mysite.com/page-title-on-other-language/ instead of mysite.com/page-title/other-language-name/ or similar?

Although what you describe is technically possible, I believe that it is not good to have an url which can display 2 (or more) different pages.

why all translated pages have url mysite.com/page-title-on-other-language/ instead of mysite.com/page-title/other-language-name/ or similar?

I did this way because adding the language information was unnecessary for posts and pages. More was discussed a few days ago here.
