Did you login to Polldaddy through the plugin on your site?
I needed to contact Polldaddy Support, they resolved the issue, a conflict between their Plugin and another Plugin I was running, they did not say what the other Plugin was but they fixed the issue.

I am having the same issue. The poll embeds in a post but I need them to embed in a page… what do I do?!
@edh, poll embeds should work in a page the same way they should work in a post. If they do not, then your theme must be handling pages differently.
What theme are you using?

I am using pagelines pro. And as you said the polls do work in ‘content boxes’ and posts. I cannot change my theme at this point. are there other alternatives? please say yes:)
@edh, you can try to embed the poll using the poll javascript embed rather than use the poll shortcode.
