@jefblog, the application does not look in the database for your login details, only the login form.
@murrayzz1, if you try to register with the Polldaddy API here, you will get an API key, you can enter it in place of the '12345' and unrem the line.
I don't think it will solve your problem however, because if you cannot communicate with Polldaddy domain to register with the API, its unlikely the application will be able to communicate with the API. In this case the plugin will not work... but you give it a try.
You will probably need to figure out what is preventing the plugin from communicating with the Polldaddy domain in the first place and fix it.
