   I get the following error...

   Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'pands_wp_init' was given in /home/mydomainname/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 403

   Then it messes up the wp-admin area until I NETWORK DISABLE.

   Any ideas? I'd like to see what this looks like.

   Try updating to 2.4.1 and post if you still have issues.

   I updated the plugin and tested on a multi-site install and everything worked fine.
   I'm presuming you are also sorted so I'll mark this as resolved.
