May I see your RSS feed?
You are right the feed and the iTunes:image look okay. I would say that it should work.
But there is one thing in your RSS feed which is not a 100% as the specification says. Maybe it has something to do with the problem.
The smaller RSS image should have a maximum width of 144 pixels (your RSS image is 340x340 pixels) -> see the RSS image section in the specification.
Correct that and give the new file a different file name. This way the iTunes Store server will notice the modification.
This is also important for the iTunes:image. Modify the file if you modify the file. (I see that there is actually an image at the iTunes Store page of your podcast - but probably the old one. Right?)
If you change the file name wait 24h to see whether it has worked or not.
If you like to read more about the itunes:image then maybe this http://www.apple.com/itunes/podcasts/specs.html#image is interesting too.

Tim
Hello - where can I get an XML file that looks like your podcast feed:
http://www.kingsbolton.co.uk/podcast
when I go to my podcast feed I don't get any XML:
http://www.earthgauge.net/podcast
Thanks,
FJC
@fjclem123:
- open the link to your podcast with the Firefox
- view the source code of this page -> it is the XML code
Great. Thanks.
@ntm - I have made those changes you suggested but still nothing
@kingsbolton: You are right! The feed http://www.kingsbolton.co.uk/podcast does contain the new rss image. But you have registered the Feedburner version of the feed (http://feeds.feedburner.com/kingschurchbolton) at the iTunes Store and this feed is still not up to date (Feedburner caches the feed too.). This will probably change when you publish your next episode. Or you can clear/update the cache memory of Feedburner manually (somewhere in your Feedburner account).
When the Feedburner version of the feed is updated, the iTunes server will/should update in the following 24h.
