   Hi, is there a setting for this?

   I have 13 episodes, but only 10 are displaying on my iTunes podcast.

   Yes, there is setting. You can adjust the number of posts in the RSS and ATOM feeds on the WP settings page Settings > Reading (http://codex.wordpress.org/Settings_Reading_Screen)
   The default value of the setting "Syndication feeds show the most recent ... posts" is 10. You may increase it.
