   podpress' general settings additional podcasts have the option to add the feed link into the page's metadata using the checkbox at the very bottom of every additional feed tab.

   The settings for category casting are almost the same, except for the above mentioned feature that is lacking.

   It would be nice if one could also enable that feature in the category casting section.

   Okay, that is a good idea. I have probably not thought about that before because WP adds such link by default on the page of the category. But you are right on all other pages there is no link to the category feed in the header.

   Such an option will probably be part of next podPress version.

   I'm sorry that it takes so long to release 8.8.10.13. I want to fix a bug with the statistic feature with the next version (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-podpress-duplicate-download-statistic-rows-in-mysql-database). But to fix the problem is a little bit complicated. More complicated than I thought.
   Furthermore I my day job takes a lot of time and I'm still not sure when 8.8.10.13 will be ready. I hope that I can finish it and release it this year. But the only sure thing I can say about the date is that it will not be in this or the next week.
   The other sure thing is that your feature request is on my to-do list for this version.
