Well, now it’s working. Not sure why-I just saved all the settings again and it started working.
Most likely WordPress didn’t update the ReWrite Rules cache with Podcasting’s feed rules. Saving your settings again triggered that update and thus your feed displayed.
If you run into any more trouble, don’t hesitate to ask.
Thanks for the suggestion. Great job on this plugin by the way!
I am having problems with my feed on http://www.mikekelly.tv even though I deleted my feedburner feed. when I subscribe to deed on my site it redirects to feedburner and I get error
My origional feed is validated
Will podcasting recognise my origional feed i.e.
http://www.mikekelly.tv/feed
I’m having some issues with the feed using Feedburner.
The plugin works fine. User can listen to the Podcast and I have assigned a download link, which appears and is working.
However, I was getting 404 error from Feedburner when validating the feed. I read your FAQ on the plug in page, and it said to use a different URL.
So, I changed the URL from:
http://netmix.com/wordpress/feed/podcast/
to this:
http://netmix.com/?feed=podcast
Now, I can see all the previous podcasts, but the feed is not displaying the latest podcast. I can’t seem to figure out why.
Any help would be appreciated.
Tony
Mike, that is most likely the result of whatever you used to redirect to Feedburner before. Try removing that (plugin / htaccess) and see if the issue is resolved.
tonyzeoli, if you are using the Podcasting Beta, try the latest version released tonight. I fixed a bug that may be related to what you’re seeing.
My problem’s kind of the same as the original posters (or at least the symptoms are) but isn’t solved by resaving the settings. It also seems to be a problem that only occurrs with WordPress 2.6. Has anyone actually got this plugin working on 2.6? Is it compatible?
