Just installed the plugin for the intended actions to allow or disallow plugins to be used in specific areas of my WordPress Network site.
The options to control this does not appear anyplace on the new Super-Admin (Network Admin) menu.
Can someone please tell me if they are experiencing the same problem, or do I need to have my eyes checked? :)

Howdy, you will find the menu link under the Site Admin. The plugin from what I can tell doesn't work with 3.1 Had it working for 3.x but upgraded and now I need a way to reverse/remove the plugin

I added this plugin before adding Super Admin abilities - now I can't view my plugins and I can't delete this plugin - what do I do? I tried adding Network (MU) to my site, but to complete the task, you have to deactivate your plugins (which I can no longer do).
HELP!
