    Premium Package Manager is a fabulous plugin. Thank You so much.
    Just one question re:

    Manage Menus
    Checked Menus are not shown to Site Admins

    Tools
    The Delete Site sub menu is the only option that does not have a box to check to exclude.

    Is there a way to include that. It seems that could be dangerous to multisite new site admins.

    The Delete Site sub menu is the only option that does not have a box to check to exclude.

    I think the cap for that is delete_site. You can write a small plugin that takes that permission away from site admins.

    When a site admin deletes a site, it does not delete anything. It only marks the site as deleted. Essentially it puts the site in the trash.

    Super admins are the only users who can delete subsites out of the database. Super Admins can also undelete sites which were deleted by site admins.
