I absolutely LOVE Plugin Notes. I downloaded it after reading that post by Chris Coyier, and subsequently your comment on it. Before I got to your comment, I was thinking, "Geez, putting notes on plugin installs would be awesome..."
Great job on the plugin. At my job I work with one other WP developer on our sites, and Plugin Notes has been invaluable in leaving notes for each other on modifications, explanations... everything. Thanks for the plugin!

O.M.G. I need this plugin and had no idea I needed it.
I'm testing well over 100 plugins for a publication and always lose track - sadly - as to what works, how it works, etc.
The only tweak I have for you is to change the text color on the save button. Right now, it is a dark grey which blends in with the blue of the button. Maybe make it white.
