[Plugin: Plugin Central] How to Turn Off Hidden Link to Author's Site in Footer?

    I don’t see the option to turn the hidden link to author’s website off. I appreciate the plugin, but my sites would be a mess if every plugin developer hid a link in their footers in this manner. Is there an option somewhere that I’m not seeing? (I can delete it in the editor, but it would come right back after an update.)

    I’ve been using Plugin Central for years and it’s never put a link in the footers of my sites.

    I just double checked with a fresh install, and still no footer link.

    Perhaps you’re seeing a footer link from a different plugin, one that you used Plugin Central to install?
