allyreevesHi- I am building a site. Installed Platinum SEO pack (most recent version) and search engines are not showing my site description. I am using WordPress 3.2.1 and a Graph Paper Press theme called Fullscreen.
I have checked header.php for the typical <?php wp_head(); ?> issue that some people have. Code is there.
I have looked at code and see that Platinum is adding script but my site throws up this code right before </head>
" </script><meta name="description" content="A Nashville Legend. A Half Pipe. A Gallery." />" and that's what makes it to the description on the search engines.
Not sure how or where to change that above text, but am surprised that it wins out over Platinum SEO and don't know where to go from here. Any help would be truly appreciated. I've tried multiple SEO generator options (AIOSEO, add meta tags) and I can's seem to change that dang site description. Am I missing something? Do I need to add, delete, or chop something? Please advise!
