Why does http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/pixopoint-menu/ indicate 3.3 or higher of WP is required when the latest version per http://wordpress.org/download/ is 3.2.1?

I've been using 3.3 for a while now and I probably forgot it hasn't been released yet when I was updating the other day.
In the mean time, don't worry about it. That's just a minor technicality and the only thing I'll be changing is that version number.
