[Plugin: Pinoy Pop Up on Exit] Works on One of my sites – But not the others???

I installed this on http://www.thebiggestgamer.com with the same theme and plugin and it works just fine every time.

However, it does not work on any of my other sites. By example, http://soyouthinkyoucangame.com/action/bomby/ and http://cookiesmadewithlove.com/cookies-pink-in-the-middle-salmon/

Can’t understand how it works perfectly on the one and not the other. I have tried deactivated every plugin i have on the other sites and still does not work.

Can someone get back on this asap?
