[Plugin: Picasa Image Express] Add display caption on mouse over

Hi everybody again, I feel very pity that this plugin has been “abandonned” since 2008… I would like to add the possibility of getting the caption on mouse over instead of just under the picture, does anyone would have a clue about how to do that ?
